The definition of a muscle includes function. When the penis flexes, thats the ischiocavernosus muscle doing the work. If u want to say that the penis contains muscle then id be fine with that, but the reproductive organ dubbed the penis is by definition not an actual muscle in and of itself.

I would say, he's as powerful as Ainz but has not the knowledge to be able to beat him.

Later in the manga he can not even win against the mother of Ariane because even if he's powerful, he's bad at actual fighting tactics and anticipating his opponents. He were probably good against the game's A.I. but not against players.

Ainz in another hand had countless battles against actual players in the game. He even protected Nazarik many times against entire guilds managing armies and had to learn almost all classes's skills and advanced tactics.

nah, if raw power I still can't see him beat Ainz, he might have a slight chance against Aura or Mare but against Cocytus and the rest, the odds of Arc winning is slim. I just started reading the manga of this series and almost caught up the latest chapter. Ainz is a broken character and basically a god.

For now ,maybe Arc can also become broken as he seems to be one of the strongest player in the game

I hope so but I want his growth a bit differ with Ainz. Slow growth is also good imo. Ainz was already a cheat when he got isekai'd with Nazarick and was basically the GM of the game(Nazarick was the final boss of the game) unlike Arc who was only one of the strong players.
